This wine, round, rich and fruity at the same time when young, will change when ageing towards a subtile and elegant bouquet. It goes well with red meat, meat sauce and cheese (Pont-Lévêque, Camembert…)

Wine-making: traditionnal, in stainless steel vats
Ageing: 6 months in stainless steel vats, and then 12 months in more than 3 years old oak barrels
