BORDEAUX AOC WHITE WINE
The Bordeaux dry white wine is the only appellation is but the only appellation from Bordeaux Vineyard that can be elaborated with one single grape variety. Wine made with Sauvignon grape is highly appreciated, because it is very fruity, round with a little acidity.
It is better to have it quite young.
You will love it with seafood, fish as well as goat cheese.
