The Bordeaux Supérieur Moelleux (sweet wine) is made with over-ripend grapes.
The final wine is fruity and sweet but not too much. It will get even better when older.
Depending on your taste, you will enjoy it with foie-gras, pâté, poultry, melon and Roquefort as well.
It is also delicious as aperitif and as dessert wine.
